Learning method
Learn it,
then use it on Monday.
Wellenford lessons follow a simple journey, from understanding your current week to reviewing what you have built.

- 01
Understand your current challenges
The first conversation maps your typical week: what fills it, what gets dropped, and where frustration builds. There is no judgment, only a clear starting picture.
You bring: a rough sense of your usual week.
- 02
Identify useful planning and organization techniques
From that picture, Cindy selects a few methods that fit your situation, such as time blocking, a daily top three, or a weekly review, rather than introducing everything at once.
You leave with: two or three techniques worth trying.
- 03
Practice skills during online lessons
Techniques are practiced live using your own tasks and calendar. This is where a method stops being an idea and becomes a habit you can repeat.
You do: the exercise while Cindy guides.
- 04
Apply new strategies to everyday situations
Between lessons you try the methods in real life, small and specific, such as planning tomorrow tonight or batching emails into one slot.
You try: one small exercise before the next lesson.
- 05
Review progress and adjust
Next lesson begins by looking at what worked and what did not. Methods are adjusted, simplified, or replaced so the system stays useful.
You decide: what to keep, change, or drop.
